D&I and CSR Advisor – Human Resources – National Law Firm
Join an established D&I and CSR team within a renowned International Law Firm.
My client prides themselves on innovation and you will be pivotal in driving forward fresh initiatives, annual processes and projects. You can expect a varied and fast paced role within a collegiate, dynamic and friendly team.
You would work alongside two Managers but will be expected to take the lead on various projects alongside supporting them with day to day tasks.
You will build on your current knowledge, you will make evidence-based decisions which will allow you to justify success, as well as failure, or to know when to change direction.
The Ideal Candidate – will have a HR Generalist background but been involved with D&I and CSR initiatives and driven to develop their career path in the space.
Or you have proven experience in the D&I and CSR space and are looking for your next step into a large firm to broaden your experience and profile.
You will be:
► Organised, highly-motivated, proactive and with a track record in delivering successful projects.
► Able to multitask and manage a number of different projects and stakeholders concurrently.
The Client – is flexible on where you will be based, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh are options. They are really investing in their inclusion strategy and already a pioneer in the legal space as active participants of high profile campaigns.
