Partner Hiring Manager – Human Resources – International Law Firm
Our client has strong national presence and you can be based in London, Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds. The role will allow a mix of office and home working.
Experience recruiting at Partner or Executive level within Professional Services is essential.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
As the Executive Recruitment Partner you will:
- manage active roles and search assignments to hire Partners to the firm
- engage with all relevant stakeholders for each hire ensuring they are updated and informed along the way
- engage with Partner level candidates and ensure they have a best in class experience
- deliver market maps of potential talent pools and provide insight and intel on talent pools and regional talent landscapes
Opportunity to develop – this role is part of a wider team and you will support recruitment across the UK and Europe. There is a path to more senior positions in the UK and International Recruitment teams.
