HR Manager, Employee Relations (12 month FTC) – Human Resources – National Law Firm
The Client – is a reputable national law firm and they are looking for a HR Manager – Employee Relations (12 month FTC). This is a newly created role and would suit candidates seeking a FT or PT role (3 days per week minimum)
They are flexible on where you will be based – Manchester or Leeds is the preference however other locations will be considered as long as you are comfortable with and committed to reasonable travel to offices across the UK. A mix of home and office working is offered.
Your principal role will be to respond to ER matters across the firm
You will be working alongside a team of 11 Business Partners and Advisors and reporting into the Head of Department.
As a growing firm and with over 2000 employees they are looking for an experience Employee Relations Manager to join and support the business with well-being and formal procedures.
You will track and identify trends, up-skill managers and offer support to Line Managers and the BP team.
The Candidate – will need to be a self-starter. Confident to join a business in a new role where they can make a great impact and improve processes.
You will naturally work in collaborative manor and be skilled in building successful working relationships with stakeholders and peers.
- Experience in Professional Services is advantageous
- Must be CIPD qualified
