IT Support Analyst – Top UK Law firm – City of London
This large UK law firm wish to hire an IT Support Specialist to head up all 1st and 2nd line duties across the London office, providing computer, application and phone support. Reporting into the IT Manager based in the Manchester you will also provide remote assistance to the firms other UK offices.
The ideal person will be service-oriented and personable, being comfortable interacting with varying levels of seniority. You should also be a pro-active problem solver – happy to seek out solutions when it isn’t obvious, flexible in terms of working hours and comfortable working within a corporate environment.
This is a permanent position, working hours will be 37.5 hours a week during standard business hours (Monday-Friday with rotational shifts between 08:00 and 18:00). An out of hours assistance rota is also in operation including evenings and weekends. Salary is dependent on experience.
Candidates will be currently working for a Law Firm or Professional Services firm in a similar role and possess the following;
- A recognised IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP
- Windows Desktop 10, Citrix (XenDesktop)
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office 365
- Mobile device support (iOS, Android, Mobile Device Management)
- Networking knowledge (routers and switches)
- Microsoft Autopilot, InTune, experience, Digital dictation support
