Project Manager – Litigation – International Firm
Project manager opportunity with a very prestigious International Firm (London office).
The Client:
Our client, a highly presitgious International Firm, are looking for an established project manager to join their London office. The ideal candidate will have project manager experience, preferably in a litigation environment.
The Role:
The successful candidates work will include (but not be limited to):
- To prepare, implement and manage a project plan that can be followed by the legal team
- To be responsible for all aspects of non-legal work on the case (including budgeting communication with clients)
- To work with the Partners and fee earners to ensure the smooth running of the project
- To act as the point of contact for all internal stakeholders
- To continuously look at ways to improve the running of the case that may enhance efficiency or improve client service
- To capture key processes and develop a best practice guide that can be implemented on other large and complex legal matters
The Requirements:
- Previous Project Management experience (preferably within a law firm)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure, prioritise, multitask and balance various work requests
- A self-starter with a team focused approach
- Resilient and calm under pressure
- Pro-active and takes initiative
