Senior Associate – Private Wealth – Leading City Firm
The Stephen James Partnership are currently instructed on an exciting, senior-level opportunity within the Private Client team of tier one ranked international law firm in London. The team are seeking an experienced Private Client Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of four years PQE from a leading London team to join their market-leading practice.
My client is a top-ranked City firm with an international presence, specialising in both corporate and private client practices. The firm is regarded as one of the leading private client practitioners in the City. The work on offer is both domestic and international, including cross-border issues. The firm requires an Associate or Senior Associate with upwards of 4PQE for their non-contentious Private Wealth team in London.
The Private client team cover the administration of estates, charities and philanthropy, family offices, immigration, private banks and institutional clients, private client disputes, private client property, tax planning for individuals and corporates and trust succession planning and management.
Your clients will range from family offices, trustees, private banks, charities and HNW individuals. The work is largely internationally-focused but also maintains a reasonable element of domestic work.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Associate or Senior Associate with a range of HNW Private Client experience for a leading national or international firm. Experience dealing with complex and high-value tax and trusts and advising both UK domiciled and non-domiciled individuals is essential.
